လူေတြဟာမႀကာခဏအက်ိဳးသင့္အေႀကာင္း သင့္မဟုတ္တာေတြလုပ္တတ္သလုိ
ယုတၱိမတန္ အတၱဆန္တဲ့လုပ္ရပ္ေတြကိုလည္းလုပ္တတ္ႀကတယ္
ဘယ္လုိပဲျဖစ္ေစ……….သူတုိ႔ကိုခြင့္လႊတ္လိုက္ပါ။

သင္ကသနားႀကင္နာတတ္ရင္
လူေတြကသင္ဟာတစ္ကုိယ္ေကာင္းစိတ္ရွိသူ

တစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ကေန႔ခ်င္းညခ်င္းဖ်က္ဆီးပစ္လုိက္နိုင္ပါလိမ့္မယ္

ေလာကႀကီးကုိသင္အေပးနုိင္ဆံုးအေကာင္းဆံုးေတြေပးေ၀လုိက္ပါ
ဘယ္ေတာ့မွလံုေလာက္မွာမဟုတ္ဘူး
ဘယ္လုိပဲျဖစ္ေစ……….ေလာကႀကီးကိုအေကာင္းဆံုးေပးဆပ္ျမဲေပးဆပ္ပါ။

ေနာက္ဆံုးခြဲျခမ္းစိတ္ျဖာလုိက္ေတာ့သင္ျမင္တဲ့အတုိင္းပါဘဲ
သင္နဲ႔တရားသာအတူရွိေတာ့တာပါ
ငါ ၊မင္း ၊သူတစ္ပါးအႀကားမွာဘာမွမရွိပါဘူး။ ။

ခြင့္လႊတ္ခ်င္းမ်ားနဲ႔ဘ၀ကုိတည္ေဆာက္နိုင္ႀကပါေစ။

Terminology

1. 6 Abhiññā : 6 superknowledge, .

1.Iddhividhā : magical powers
2.Dibbasota: divine ear
3.Cetopariyañāna : penetration of the minds of others, telepathy
4.Pubbenivāsānussati : remembrance of former existences, retrocognition
5.Dibbacakkhu : divine eye
6.Ăsavakkhayañāna : knowledge of the exhaustion of all mental intoxicants

2. Seven stage of purification (7 Visuddi) : purity, stages of purity, gradual purification

I) Dhama that is the root of Vipassana (to exist, to develop,to maintain) The practice begins with :-
1. Sila – visuddi : purity of morality. One practices by establishing oneself in fitting moral code. The unbroken observance of his respective moral code constitutes purification of morality.
2. Citta – visuddi : purity of mind, without kilesa and Nivarana. Hindrances have been fully suppressed. This includes both access concentration and 4 jhana.

II) Dhamma that is the main Vipassana are :-

3. Ditthi – visuddi : purity of view, understanding.
Able to see tri-Lakkana, the condition of
rupa/nama as it is.
4. Kañkhāvitarana – visuddi : purity of transcending doubts; to overcome doubts in cause and effect of nama/rupa existence.
a. this stage of Anapanasati, – it comprehends the process of in/out breathing by way of conditions for araising and cessation of bodily and mental phenomena involved in the process of breathing.
b. Comprehension of conditions – knowledge which becomes extended to all bodily and mental phenomena in terms of their dependent arising.
c. All doubts in the past, future and present – disappeared.

5. Maggāmaggañānadassana– visuddi : purity of the knowledge and vision regarding :
a. path and not-path,
b. correct or incorrect conduct
c. observe and able to see Tri-lakkana, the rising and the ceasing of Rupa/nama (Panganana) Vipassanakiles arises and ceases out.
d. Wisdom that distinguishes between the exhilarating results of practice and the task of detached contemplation.
e. Mind is so purified, see very clearly of the rise and cessation of mind and matter.

6. Patipadāñānadassana– visuddi: purity of the knowledge and vision of the way of progress.
a. he free himself from the world, all desire for deliverance
b. When practicing anapanasati, state of wisdom arises which quickly reflects on impermanence, suiffering and egolessness, leads to subtle and deep levels of insight
7. Ňānadassana– visuddi : purity of knowledge and vision.




3 Eight Vijja : 8 Super normal knowledge

1. Vipassanañāņa : insight-knowledge vipassana jhana – wisdom from contemplating to enable to see rupa and nam by Tri-lakana.
2. Manomayiddhi: mind-made magical power
3. Iddhividhā : supernormal powers

3. Four Vipallāsa : 4 distortion of perception
Understanding wrongly from the reality
1. Saññā- vipallāsa : distortion of perception
2. Citta-vipallāsa : distortion of thought
3. Iddhi-vipallāsa : distortion of views

These three levels of vipallāsa are the foundation of possibilities of:

1. to regard what is impermanent as permanent.
2. to regard what is painful as pleasant
3. to regard what is non-self as a self
4. to regard what is foul as beautiful
